Be it working 21kilometers or scaling excessive altitude rocks whereas trekking enthusiastically or merely pulling off body weight workouts in mountainous areas, Milind Soman at 55 is up for brand new health challenges and this Tuesday was no totally different. Spilling the beans on only workouts for basic health, Milind was seen gracefully accespting the problem to nail 15 pull-ups in Darjeeling SP’s backyard as spouse Ankita Konwar motivated him.
Sharing an image of his trek and a video of acing the pull-ups like a professional, Milind revealed within the caption, “After the Darjeeling 21k the day before today and climbing Tenzing rock with the HMI workforce, challenged by the very gracious SP of Darjeeling to do 15 pull-ups in his backyard (sic).”
Soaking within the scenic greenery of the Darjeeling hills, Milind was seen donning a blue jacket over black Yoga pants as he hung from a bar positioned in a backyard and indulged in some ecotherapy to activate his senses whereas doing pull-ups. The unmissable quiet of his environment instantly slowed us down as we noticed him unplug from know-how and merge with the pure world.
The Made in India star added, “At nearly 7000ft Ankita needed to push me a bit! I’ve discovered that straightforward workouts utilizing body weight to be the best for basic health. Even 3min on daily basis generally is a nice begin (sic).”
